Do I need to install anything for a live session?
No. Live sessions run in your web browser. Just allow your camera and microphone when asked.
What happens if I miss a session?
Contact your tutor or open a support ticket. Depending on the situation you may be able to reschedule.
Where are my course certificates?
Under Certificates in your sidebar, once you complete a course.
How do I get a refund?
If you are eligible, a refund can be issued to your wallet or original payment method. See Payments FAQ.
